What do you like to do in your personal time? We have the same goals as you, and weâre willing to do what it takes to get there. As agents, we do this day in and day out, so we can help guide you through the entire transaction. People get worried easily, and my number one piece of advice would be to trust the experts and the process. Itâs easy to think about the worst-case scenario when you want to buy or sell a home (or do both). Whatâs your number one piece of advice for home buyers and sellers? Weâve been with them through the entire process, from when they began building their new custom home from the ground up, to when they sold the home their children grew up in. They were one of Knock's original customers when we launched in Dallas Fort-Worth. The G family, Eric and Ami, were my most memorable customers. But, since I work directly with our customers, itâs rewarding to see how we can help so many people get into the house of their dreams and sell their old one. Certain situations work for the Trade-In program, and some donât we simply canât be a fit for everyone. We do have some requirements that need to be met in order for the program to work efficiently, such as the need to buy and sell at the same time. The most challenging aspect of working at Knock is that we arenât able to help everyone that needs assistance with real estate transactions. What do you find most challenging about working at Knock? Although weâre a distributed company with people working all over the country, we have a solid line of communication. The people I work with are great, and I think the culture is much better than many other companies out there. I love Knock because itâs never boring here. What do you love most about working at Knock? And I wanted to be part of it too, on the ground floor. I saw how technology could transform the real estate business and how Knock was a part of that. I originally came from property management and worked with investors and then turned to traditional real estate before joining Knock. I joined Knock because it was a great opportunity for my career. As part of this overall process, I use my local market knowledge to advise customers on pricing their homes to sell I also negotiate contracts, both on the home they're buying and the one they're selling, to get my clients the best deals and make their experiences as seamless as possible. Then, we help them get their home market-ready in order to sell for the most value and so that they don't have to worry about the stresses of living in the home theyâre trying to sell. With Knock, our customers find their dream home first.
